How long will my order take to despatch?

All orders ship within 5-7 days. Depending on where you place your order, it can take 3-7 business days to arrive via US Postal Service.

USPS® Coronavirus Updates: Expected Delivery Changes

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Although I will get your package over to USPS in timely manner, but once your order is in USPS's hands, I have no control over the delivery speed.



Why Is My Order Stuck In "PRE-SHIPMENT" On The USPS Tracker?

When an order is stuck in "Pre-Shipment" status, it means USPS might miss its initial scan at the original distribution center, but it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way. The post office advise to wait at least 3 weeks.

USPS is having challenges because of the COVID-19 impact plus the holiday season which is causing delays to customer packages across the USA & Internationally. In most cases, the Pre Shipment status will change to "your order is out for delivery" as that is happening 9 times out of 10 at the moment.



How long will it take for the item to arrive?

It will take 14-21 days delivery but there will be a significant delay with international shipments due to COVID. 

Once the package leave the US, USPS will not provide any tracking number. I won't be responsible for late or missing package. 

If you order outside from the US, please assume for all risks of international shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes but selective items like posters & stickers. Due to COVID-19, I can’t ship to the following countries, click here to see the list. Thanks for your patience. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Yes, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders and I will not be responsible for it.

Since the policy is different at each country, please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.



Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been received, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. 

What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL. However if the order arrives damaged during shipment, please email me with photos of the damaged products and I'm happy to issue a replacement if it's available  or refund.  


What is your exchange policy?

At this moment, we don't offer exchange.
