U.S. SHIPPING 

How long will my order take to despatch?

All orders ship within 5-7 days. Depending on where you place your order, it can take 3-7 business days to arrive via US Postal Service. 

Why Is My Order Stuck In "PRE-SHIPMENT" On The USPS Tracker?

When an order is stuck in "Pre-Shipment" status, it means USPS might miss its initial scan at the original distribution center, but it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way. The post office advise to wait at least 3 weeks.

USPS is having challenges because of the COVID-19 impact plus the holiday season which is causing delays to customer packages across the USA & Internationally. In most cases, the Pre Shipment status will change to "your order is out for delivery" as that is happening 9 times out of 10 at the moment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

How long will it take for the item to arrive?

It will take 14-21 days delivery through USPS.

Once the package leave the US, USPS will not provide any tracking number. I won't be responsible for late or missing package. 

If you order outside from the US, please assume for all risks of international shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

YES.

If you only buy stickers, chose the stamp options.

If you buy other items, the shipping cost will be calculated depending on your shipping address when you check out. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Yes, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders and I will not be responsible for it.

Since the policy is different at each country, please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Can I cancel my order?

 You can cancel within 24hrs of placing order. Cancellation is not gurantee when the item is shipped.

What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL. However if the order arrives damaged during shipment, please email me with photos of the damaged products and I'm happy to issue refund or a replacement if it's available.  

 What is your exchange policy?

At this moment, we don't offer exchange.
